Venue: Holiday Inn Hotel , St Nicholas Circle, Leicester City centre , LE1 5LX
Dress: Strictly Black tie

By Car
Directions from M1 – SOUTH: Exit at Junction 21 on M1 and follow signs A5460 (Narborough Rd) to
Leicester City Centre, High Cross Shopping Centre and Castle Park (approx. 3 miles). Holiday Inn is
directly in front on St. Nicholas Circle. Take the slip road into the NCP car park and hotel entrance.
Directions from M1 – NORTH: Exit at Junction 22 on M1 and follow signs on A50 for Leicester City
Centre, Shires Shopping Centre and Castle Park (approx. 8 miles). DO NOT GO UNDER THE
UNDERPASS, keep left. Follow St. Nicholas Circle around (nearly a full circle) and take the slip road
into the NCP car park and hotel entrance.
By Train: Cross over the main road and follow towards the city centre down Granby Street. Continue
following onto Gallowtree Gate, left onto the High Street and continue to the bottom of the road.

(a) We need you to sell ALL the tickets for this event, please tell us how many tickets you can sell;
(b) We need more volunteers to step forward to help with the logistics fort this event (a number of
people have come forward to help form the Organising Committee chaired by Sekuru Madimu but
we need more volunteers);
(c) Can we have your suggestions of the type of activities to make the evening a truly fun night;
(d) Please contact the above with your donations of dry products for raffle and competition prizes
such as toiletries, spirits, deodorants, perfumes etc
